Soap is an extremely essential household item. Liquid soap is now seen replacing the soap bars at many places. Scented, colorful liquid soaps and some containing granules are just lovely. Most people feel that these form more lather and help clean the hands thoroughly as compared to soap bars. With many advantages, one of the disadvantages is that most of the varieties are expensive. So, if you are one of those liquid soap lovers, here's how to make it at home, easily.

Pour 5 cups of water (room temperature) and glycerin and let it blend well. Put honey and again blend. Pour the mixture in a large bowl and whip it. Leave it as it is for about 20 minutes. Whip it again. Let it cool down and then pour it into the container. You can vary the amount of water added to have the desired consistency. Decorative or transparent containers look very beautiful. You can also add a few drops of soap coloring and soap fragrance to it, before it is kept for cooling, and whip it once.
